We are in a time of unsettling change. How are you coping with the uncertainty of your future? Of course, not all stress is bad, but when it starts to affect your day to day life, it has reached the point where it needs addressing. Ignoring it wont make it go away. Stress is insidious. Negative thoughts, feelings and emotions feed the psyche each day, gradually compounding your sense of overwhelm.

The concerning issue with human beings is that, for the greater part, we are able to hide our feelings. You may not actually be aware of the volcano of stress brewing beneath the surface, until it suddenly rears its ugly head and you think, 'I wonder where that came from?'

Like you, most people are searching for that missing 'something', a sense of purpose, clarity and an assurance that life can and will get better. Stress literally drains the creativity from your heart and soul, leaving you floundering for direction. Over time, this lack of creativity saps your confidence and the whole thing starts to become a snowball sliding down a slippery slope.

I believe that too much time is spent in our heads. We have to start connecting with our bodies. Time, in my opinion, is wasted by seeking solutions by talking, operating from the right side of our brains, trying to find logical solutions to illogical problems. As humans beings we are, by definition, pretty illogical! Spending time is circular discussion does not provide a solution to the issue of stress. Getting your body moving, feeling alive, that is the answer.

There is a time for talking, but it's not at the beginning. Our minds need to be open and receptive before we can begin negotiation with others and with ourself.

The way to do this is to 'get moving'. Experts quite rightly tell us that if you change your physiology, it will change your psychology. For sure, this is exactly where this program comes into its own

By combining a selection of laughter, dance, play and movement this enables the release of endorphins. You will feel good and will feel more connected to others which, is the number one primal need of human beings.
