Children laugh several
hundred times a day more than adults do. As adults, caught up
in the realities of life, we lose our sense of playfulness. Our
bodies become stiff and unyielding as we tense up with stress
and worry, or sit at computers all day. Our tension creates friction
in our relationships, and soon we have conflict and confrontation
to deal with which, in turn adds to our stress levels. Learning
to laugh together can dramatically reduce stress and conflict
in the workplace and at home.
Laughing is good for you on all levels - physically, emotionally
and psychologically and the really great thing about it is that
the body does not know whether you are faking laughter or genuinely
laughing. The benefits are the same, however you do it.
Why is laughing so good for you?
It makes you
feel great as it releases endorphins into your body
It reduces
your stress levels, lowering the cortisol levels in your system,
which is a stress related chemical
It enables
you to feel more able to cope with life's challenges
It helps to
release & increase your creativity
It creates
a strong connection to others you laugh with - feeling 'connected'
is a basic human requirement
It helps teams
to bond and form creative solutions together
It boosts your
general mood - as it changes your physiology
It
boosts your immune system so helps restore & maintain better
health

Creating
positive change - Open workshop
Based on my own experiences of law of attraction, this workshop
explores how your thoughts create your everyday experiences. I
didn't 'get it right' for a long time. In fact, I spent
many years getting it wrong, constantly pulling the things towards
me that I did not want, and feeling hopelessly disempowered by
my experiences. But, one day I had an epiphany and everything
changed!
Inspiring and motivating, this day will provide you with the understanding
that will significantly expand your awareness of how - and what
- you are creating on a day to day basis. You will learn how powerfully
you repel the things that you want
and acquire a set of tools to teach you how recognise when you
are repelling the positive law of attraction and be able to take
immediate steps to change that in order to manifest positively.
The open workshop will be experiential and fun, as you work with
other like minded people that are struggling to change their lives
in the way that they want.
You
will leave with a fabulous set of workable tools, in order to
be able see a positive improvement in the quality of your experiences.
